Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building relationships with clients and partners.
Role Description
1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential clients and partners to drive business growth.
2. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans, set sales targets, and track progress to achieve business objectives.
3. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements
4. Generate Leads and Prospects: Utilize various lead generation techniques, such as networking, referrals, and digital marketing, to identify potential clients and prospects.
5. Conduct Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products or services and drive sales.
6. Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and drive revenue growth.
7. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
8. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
9. Track and Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
10. Meet Sales Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, and contribute to the company's revenue growth and business objectives.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
