We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in field sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, target-oriented, and passionate about building a career in sales and marketing. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective customers, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets through direct field engagement.
This position demands excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to travel frequently as per business needs. Candidates with prior field sales experience will be preferred, as they can quickly adapt to the pace and demands of the role.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting:
Actively identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, market research, and networking.
Approach potential customers and explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
Sales Execution:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings.
Convert leads into successful sales closures through effective negotiation and relationship management.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve client queries promptly while maintaining professionalism.
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Share field insights with the management team to refine sales strategies.
Travel & Fieldwork:
Willingness to travel extensively based on business requirements.
- Manage daily field activity plans effectively to cover designated areas.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in field sales (preferred in FMCG, retail, telecom, BFSI, or similar industries).
- Strong interest in marketing and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented with a passion for growth.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and working in the field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting will be an added advantage.
