Job Summary:

We are seeking a
highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic outreach and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients using tools like
    , LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via
    cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings, demos, or discovery calls for the sales team
  • Maintain and update
    CRM systems
    such as
    HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain long-term engagement
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as
    lead conversion rates and sales pipeline health
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market shifts

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with
    prospecting tools

  • Proficient in
    CRM platforms
    (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or a related field
