Role Description


• Manage the complete payroll process for multiple client companies, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in all transactions


• Ensure compliance with Indian statutory laws related to payroll processing, including PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, TDS, and other relevant regulations


• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries related to payroll, providing expert advice and resolving issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.


• Generate accurate payroll reports for clients, including salary statements, benefits, and deductions. Ensure all reporting is compliant with Indian financial and tax regulations.


• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and systems to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency


• Collaborate with other teams, such as HR and Finance, to ensure information flow is accurate and timely for payroll processing

Qualifications/Experience


• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related field.


• Having at least 3 years of experience in payroll processing and managing HRMS software, preferably in an outsourcing environment.


• Strong understanding of Indian payroll and taxation laws.


• Ability to handle multiple clients efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Language skills:


• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi

Special skills:


• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Detail oriented, highly organized, team player and multitasking.


• High sense of responsibility and commitment.
