HR Executive Manufacturing Industry/Automotive Sector

Location: Nighoje Chakan, Pune

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and overall HR administration independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment job posting, screening, interviews, and on boarding.
  • Manage manpower planning, contract labor, and statutory compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll inputs, and HRMS data.
  • Implement and monitor KRA/KPI-based performance appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act.
  • Coordinate with EHS for safety, training, and welfare facilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR

  • Experience:

  • Executive Level: 2-5 years in HR operations.

  • Manager Level: 7-12 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing / automotive sector.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle plant-level HR independently.
