Our sandwiches are made to order with in-house made artisan breads and the finest deli meats, cheeses, and fresh veggies. We mainly focus on in-house products, producing everything from sauces and breads to cheeses in-house.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis, located in Pune. The Commis will be involved in food preparation, ensuring hygiene standards, and assisting in cooking activities. Daily tasks will include preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and supporting chefs in various culinary activities. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills
  • Understanding of Hygiene and Safety Standards
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Prior experience in cooking or culinary education is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
