Job description:

  1. Financial Leadership & Group P&L Management

  2. Oversee the consolidated financial performance of the group to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

  3. Drive revenue improvement, cost savings, and margin growth across business areas.

  4. Use data-driven decision-making with advanced financial planning and analysis tools.

  5. Statutory Compliance & Governance

  6. Ensure full compliance with regulatory, tax (GST , indirect & direct, transfer pricing), and reporting requirements across regions.

  7. Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.

  8. Communicate with regulatory bodies, if needed.

  9. Hedge Funds, M&A, and Capital Strategy

  10. Oversee hedge funds, foreign exchange risks, and commodity price changes in manufacturing/FMCG.

  11. Optimize the capital structure, including debt/equity and refinancing

  12. Manage mergers and acquisitions from start to finish.

  13. International Business & Banking Relationships

  14. Oversee global expansions, manage foreign exchange risk, and handle cross-border transactions.

  15. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and private equity firms.

  16. Secure favorable financing terms for global growth.

  17. Digital Finance & Automation

  18. Lead ERP implementation, AI-driven forecasting and process automation in finance.

  19. Create a tech-enabled finance team that reduces manual reporting by 40-50%.

  20. Leadership & Growth Scaling:

  21. Mentor finance heads and business units to align with group strategy.

  22. Attract and keep top finance talent, including Business Finance Heads.
  23. Promote a culture of innovation, risk-taking, and high performance.
