**We're Hiring - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**:

- Location: SG Highway, Ahmedabad_
- Company: Vital Group (Listed Company)_

Vital Group, a listed entity, is looking for an experienced and strategic **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to lead our financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and long-term financial planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and all statutory regulations
- Manage investor relations and financial disclosures
- Lead internal audits, risk management, and corporate governance
- Guide strategic decisions with financial insight

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as CFO or in a senior finance leadership role (preferably in a listed company)
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and SEBI/stock exchange compliance
- CA/CPA/MBA Finance or equivalent

Pay: ₹38,687.59 - ₹142,165.65 per month
