Job Description

Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and corporate governance standards.Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.Lead cost optimisation initiatives across the organisation.Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.Supervise the preparation of accurate financial reports and statements.Develop risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Financial Officer (CFO) should have:

Candidate should be a qualified Chartered AccountantProven experience in financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.Experience in the metals / mining industry will be highly preferred.Strong knowledge of compliance standards specific to the metal industry.Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
