Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and the board of directors.
- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to drive business performance.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize business processes and achieve financial goals.
- Supervise accounting, treasury, and tax functions.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes.

**Requirements**:

- CA, MBA in finance or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business results.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
