**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth.**

**Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.**

**Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.**

**Manage financial risk, cash flow, and investments.**

**Lead financial reporting and analysis to guide decision-making.**

**Coordinate with auditors, banks, and stakeholders.**

**Optimize cost management and profitability.**

**Implement strong internal controls and financial best practices.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Preference CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.**

**5-7 years of experience in finance, preferably in the têxtile/clothing industry.**

**Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.**

**Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.**

**Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.**

**Ability to drive financial efficiency and business growth**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
