**Job Title**: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

**Location**: Ahmedabad

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of our organization. You will work closely with senior management to make strategic decisions, oversee financial operations, and lead financial planning and analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and profitability.
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting teams.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other department heads to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Communicate financial results and insights to the executive team and board of directors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
