**Job Title**: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Accounts & Finance

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 10+ years in senior finance roles
**Qualification**: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the finance, accounting, budgeting, and tax functions
- Develop and execute financial strategies to achieve business goals
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control measures
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, MIS, and forecasting
- Manage audits, risk assessment, and statutory compliance
- Collaborate with the executive team to support business planning and investment decisions
- Liaise with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities

**Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate finance
- Proven ability to lead teams, implement systems, and drive financial growth
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹38,335.71 - ₹141,365.00 per month
