BDE ACOUSTIC SALES
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Business Unit Head
Responsible for: Build and manage relationships with all key contacts, manage most of the aspects in major projects, Explore and close new business opportunities
Role & Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with all key contacts in the assigned region, including but not limited to engineers, architects, acoustical consultants, developers, and contractors.
Manage most of the aspects in major projects in the region that require acoustical design solutions or competitors' products in commercial and other building types.
Explore and close new business opportunities by developing project-specific strategies that incorporate own products.
Contribute creatively to new product development as well as any other area of the business.
Provide oversight and analysis of the day-to-day sales, margin, and customer relationship management for the assigned region.
Understand your assigned region and customers personally where it can profitably achieve dominant market share.
Schedule regular customer facing (in person when applicable or virtual) within the assigned region to increase market share and maintain solid partnerships.
Other duties as desired per operational needs.
Preferred requirements for the role
Diploma/Degree in Engineering ideally but not a must
Candidate with specification sales experience in building material or in Architectural Acoustic background preferred.
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Go-getter and results oriented with strong drive to make it happen and tackle demanding tasks.
Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
Courage to challenge, and ability to adjust myself in a rapidly changing business, insightful and good at independent thinking.

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
