Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) in the edtech sector at HINDUSTAN RECRUITMENT. The role is on-site and located in Bengaluru. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The BDE will also be expected to collaborate with the marketing team, prepare and deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management

Skills in Market Research and Data Analysis

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in the edtech industry is a plus**
