Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive BDE – IT Sales to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and help expand our market presence. The ideal candidate has solid experience in selling IT services/products and a strong ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn & networking.
- Pitch IT services (software development, web/mobile apps, cloud, etc.) to prospects.
- Conduct meetings, demos, and prepare proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM entries and accurate sales reports.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ year of prior experience in IT Sales is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to clients.
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
