Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Bengaluru. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing sales processes. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, preparing sales proposals, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to conduct market research and analysis
  • Sales and business development skills
  • Ability to prepare and present sales proposals
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role or internships is a plus
