About Teelabs Apparel Pvt Ltd:

Teelabs is a leading custom T-shirt manufacturer, delivering high-quality apparel to businesses and brands. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions and coordinate production processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support Duties:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email regarding order updates.
  • Maintain customer records, track orders, and handle queries efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
  • Provide order status updates at different production stages.
  • Handle complaints or concerns and resolve them professionally.

Production Coordination Duties:

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Monitor order progress from fabric procurement to final dispatch.
  • Assist in sample approvals and communicate with customers for feedback.
  • Ensure balance payments are collected before shipment.
  • Prepare dispatch details and share tracking information with customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

Good Communication Skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus).

Experience in customer support, order management, or production coordination (Preferred).

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email Handling).

Ability to multitask & stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a problem-solving attitude.
