Customer Support Executive

Sri Ragavendra Enterprises, an **Authorized Faber Service Center**, is looking for a **Customer Support Executive** to handle customer calls, service requests, and appointment scheduling. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Handle service inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with technicians.
- Maintain service records and follow up with customers.
- Provide basic troubleshooting assistance.
**Requirements**:
- **Qualification**: Any Diploma or Any Degree.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
