As a Customer Support Representative your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and orders are handled efficiently and professionally. You will be the frontline contact for customers and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for quality products and outstanding service.
**Responsibilities of the job include**:
**Order Management**: Assist customers in placing orders, modifying existing orders, and tracking the status of their orders in real-time. Preparing internal order sheets,
**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our t-shirt products, customization options, production processes, and delivery timelines to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
**Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer issues, such as order discrepancies, product defects, shipping problems, and billing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Customization Assistance**: Assist customers with designing their custom t-shirts, offering design suggestions, and ensuring their designs meet production requirements.
**Complaint Handling**: Manage and escalate customer complaints professionally, aiming for prompt resolution and ensuring that customers leave with a positive experience.
**Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and suggestions to help improve our products, services, and overall customer experience.
**Order Coordination**: Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues, updating customer profiles and order histories as needed.
**Policy Communication**: Clearly explain company policies regarding refunds, returns, exchanges, and warranties to customers.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer issues.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with t-shirt production processes and customization platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in customer support software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good managerial and leadership skills to head a team,
Excellent communication (English Must ) and coordination skills
**Career Path**:
