**Job Profile**:

- Should work on a daily Schedule/plan given by the Manager.
- Convert/Closure on the leads generated by the Sales Coordinators.
- Maintain Reports on: The status of calls and demo given, Customers met.
- Maintain daily Report to the team head.
- Monitor follow
- ups on TSS (Product License expiry).
- Give Product Demo based on customer requirements and closure of sale
- AMC Renewals of clients as well as market new AMCs.
- Should have fair accounting background, Knowledge of Tally Prime a plus.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Handle Customers issues at various locations in technical queries and other issues on Tally Prime and give them the right solutions.
- Maintain log of the calls handled
- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the team head and team members.
- Maintain high quality of customer support in the least turnaround time and with mínimal escalations on calls.
- Train the user on Tally Prime and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
- Update in the suite CRM of all the calls/ work done.

**Requirements**:

- Commerce Graduate (BBA/B.COM/M.COM/MBA ) with Sales experience.
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience in sales/ Support
- Must possess a vehicle (2 Wheeler) willing to travel locally.
- Conveyance is payable extra.
