Job Summary:

As a Assistant Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, manage client expectations, and contribute to the overall success and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions.

 Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. Regularly meet with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.

 Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services/products that meet client needs. Work with the sales team to drive business development.

 Problem Solving: Act as the main point of contact for resolving client issues, collaborating with internal teams to address concerns promptly and professionally.

 Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on client performance metrics, provide insights to internal teams, and track progress toward client goals.

 Collaborate: Work with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service, product teams) to ensure all client needs are met and service delivery is seamless.

 Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client loyalty and retention, ensuring clients are consistently satisfied with the services provided.

Required Skills:

 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex ideas to clients.

 Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage client expectations and drive mutually beneficial agreements.

 Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage client issues and ensure timely resolution.

 Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a deep understanding of client needs.

 Sales Ability: Experience in upselling or cross-selling services/products to meet client needs and drive business growth.

 Organizational Skills: Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts and deliver timely results.

 Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and other tools to manage relationships and track performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Fresher: MBA (or equivalent) with a strong interest in client relationship management and business development.

 Experienced Candidates: 0-5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role (preferably in [industry, e.g., financial services, technology, healthcare, etc.]).
