**Department**: Structure Painting – Industrial Projects

**Reporting To**: Director

Role Overview

Responsible for business growth (new clients, tenders, revenue targets) and project operations (planning, execution, manpower, safety, quality, and profitability).

Key Responsibilities


• Acquire new industrial clients & achieve revenue growth.


• Handle end-to-end project execution within time & budget.


• Ensure quality standards & industrial safety compliance.


• Manage manpower, contractors & material efficiently.


• Control costs, reduce wastage, and ensure profitability.


• Lead team, train staff, and submit regular reports to management.

Key KRAs


• New client acquisition & revenue growth.


• Timely & profitable project completion.


• Safety & quality compliance.


• Timely billing & payment collection.

Qualifications


• Graduate/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engg. or MBA.


• Minimum 10–15 years experience in industrial painting/projects.


• Strong leadership, negotiation & project management skills.

Compensation

*CTC: ₹12 – 18 LPA* (depending on experience and skil

*Location:Ghatkoper Mumbai*
