Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Operations for our Utkarsh Animal Hospital located in Mumbai. The General Manager Operations will oversee daily operations, manage and lead teams, develop and implement operational strategies, and ensure customer service excellence. The role involves budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining operational efficiency. The General Manager Operations will collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals and continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- General Management and Operations Management skills
- Customer Service excellence and experience
- Team Management skills
- Budgeting and financial planning expertise
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
