Role: Key Account Manager – Channel Sales
As a KAM at Livspace, you'll be the bridge between the brand and our real estate partners—driving growth, nurturing relationships, and building a strong channel partner network.
Key Responsibilities
- Build & nurture relationships with brokers, builders, and channel partners
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand Livspace's regional presence
- Generate qualified leads & drive visits to our Experience Centres
- Conduct meetings, site visits, and engagement activities
- Collaborate with Design, Sales & Marketing teams for seamless customer journeys
- Track partner performance, manage conversions & achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Represent Livspace with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We're Looking For
- Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
- 2–8 years of experience in channel sales/business development
- (Interiors, real estate, or home improvement preferred)
- Strong understanding of the local real estate & broker ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Self-driven, proactive & goal-oriented
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Fluency in English, Hindi & regional languages is a plus
