We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth within the industrial segment through channel partners such as electrical consultants and MEP companies.

Established in 1997, A & A Global Resources Pvt. Ltd. manufactures LED lights featuring industry-leading specifications and performance. Originally a trading company, A & A Global Resources transitioned to manufacturing its own products under the brand name "Agate." Based in Pune, we design, test, and manufacture our products in state-of-the-art facilities. Our expertise extends beyond LED lights to high-quality brushless DC motors, modern motor-control solutions, and horticulture lighting. We strive to establish global leadership and provide products with premium performance and reliability.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Pune. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing sales strategies, conducting market research, generating leads, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, B2B Sales, and Key Account Management skills
- Experience in customer relationship management and business development
- Negotiation, Presentation, and Closing Sales skills
- Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Experience in the LED lighting or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
