Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Keshav Nagar, Pune for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will also manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets to drive the company's growth.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
