Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, assist with recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and contribute to various HR projects. This internship is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and internship certificates.
- Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide support in performance appraisal and training coordination.
- Help ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Conduct basic research on HR trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (pursuing or recently completed).
- Strong interest in HR functions and people management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
