Role Overview:

As an HR Intern at Slashford, you will assist the HR team in talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, and policy documentation. This is a hands-on role where you will build, implement, and improve real HR systems — not just observe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating JDs and posting on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial rounds of interviews, and maintain hiring trackers.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
  • Support onboarding, offer letters, and internship documentation.
  • Help maintain SOPs and HR policy documents.
  • Organize and support intern engagement activities.
  • Report directly to the HR lead and contribute to weekly updates and reviews.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed MBA/BBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Laptop and stable internet (for hybrid/remote mode).
