Job Description

Brandloom Club, a dynamic marketing agency based in Kochi, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated HR Interns to join our team.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and client management. It's ideal for anyone looking to build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities from sourcing to selection.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records accurately.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement programs and internal events.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with day-to-day HR operations.
  • Provide support in client management and communication tasks.

Requirements

  • Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
