HR Internship – Trionet Info Solutions, Kochi

Location: Kochi

Eligibility: Freshers & Current College Students (BBA/MBA/HR/Related Fields)

Duration: 2–4 Months

Mode: Onsite (Full-time/Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews

· Support onboarding and documentation processes

· Maintain employee databases and records

· Assist in organizing training sessions and HR activities

· Support in drafting HR policies and communications

· Participate in campus drives and hiring events

· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

· Prepare reports and track intern performance metrics

Skills Required:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Basic knowledge of HR functions or interested to HR field

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Willingness to learn and take initiative
