Job Title: HR Recruiter Overseas Recruitment

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 1 2 years

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment for overseas (GCC) projects.
  • Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates based on job requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure smooth documentation.
  • Handle visa, medical, and travel-related coordination in collaboration with operations/admin team.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate database for future requirements.
  • Ensure timely closures of positions as per project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with specialization in HR or related field.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in overseas recruitment (Gulf / Middle East projects).
  • Familiar with GCC recruitment procedures, trade test coordination, and bulk hiring.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
