Role & responsibilities

  1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

  2. Use various sourcing methods (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives) to identify potential candidates.

  3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

  4. Screening & Interviewing

  5. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.

  6. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  7. Administer assessments or tests if required.

  8. Stakeholder Management

  9. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

  10. Provide regular updates on recruitment status and metrics.

  11. Candidate Experience

  12. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  13. Maintain a professional and engaging candidate experience.

  14. Offer Management & Onboarding

  15. Support offer negotiation and release.

  16. Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities with HR Operations.

  17. Compliance & Documentation

  18. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

  19. Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and labor laws.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience in IT/Non-IT hiring (customize based on your org)
