Job Description:

As an HR Recruiter (Fresher), you will assist the HR department in end-to-end recruitment activities and basic HR operations. You will learn and contribute to various HR functions, focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.

Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.

Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.

Maintain HR records and documentation.

Assist the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks.


Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR / Management / Commerce / Psychology or related field.

Experience: Freshers are welcome; internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn HR processes.
