Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant flow.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates.
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • end to end recruitment .

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Thorough understanding of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes.
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions across various functions.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in diversity hiring or career restart programs is a plus.
