About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our presence on leading marketplaces, with a primary focus on Myntra and Amazon, along with select smaller platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing Myntra and a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics within the fashion or jewellery category.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Marketplace Account Management:
1.1Manage end-to-end operations for Myntra and Amazon, including onboarding, cataloging, pricing, and promotions.
1.2Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and internal stakeholders to drive growth.
1.3Develop strategies to increase visibility, conversions, and revenue across marketplaces.
1.4Ensure smooth coordination across functions — marketing, design, and operations — for timely execution of campaigns and launches.
2.Marketing & Promotions:
2.1Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activations (events, sale periods, influencer tie-ins, etc.).
2.2Manage paid visibility and advertising budgets effectively (e.g., Myntra Ads, Amazon Sponsored Products, etc.) to drive ROI and reach.
2.3Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ACOS, CTR, and conversion rates.
3.Inventory, Pricing & Operations:
3.1Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and on-time fulfillment.
3.2Manage pricing, offers, and discount structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
3.3Ensure compliance with all platform SLAs and maintain top-rated seller performance.
4.Performance Tracking & Reporting:
4.1Monitor daily sales, product performance, and returns, identifying areas of improvement.
4.2Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key metrics such as sales growth, sell-through, and profitability.
4.3Analyze competition and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in marketplace account management, with mandatory hands-on experience on Myntra and working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Experience within fashion, accessories, or jewellery categories preferred.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace analytics tools (Amazon Pi, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
