Role & Responsibility

  • Lead Generation & Sales Growth:
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets. Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop leads to generate new sales and business.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform business development strategies and recommend solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with internal teams such as business developmentmarketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of business goals.
  • Target Achievement & Reporting:

Set and achieve sales targets. Regularly track and report on business development metrics and KPIs, providing updates to senior management.

  • Contract Management:
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Networking & Event Participation:
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish and strengthen business connections.
  • Report:

Prepare and submit daily report to reporting manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
