Membership Consultant - Fitness First Mumbai
We're seeking a dynamic and sales-oriented Membership Consultant to join our team at Fitness First Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building customer loyalty, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:-
Membership Sales: Sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and fitness products to prospective clients, meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationships: Build positive, trustworthy relationships with clients, understanding their fitness needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies to generate new leads, referrals, and sales.
Customer Service: Respond promptly to client requests, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring high-quality service and support.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the fitness team to ensure seamless delivery of services and promotions.
Desired Skills and Experience:-
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong work ethic.
Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
