In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued social media clients, with a primary focus on ensuring client retention. Your mission will be to manage and execute effective social media strategies, create engaging content, monitor analytics, and cultivate positive client relationships. Your expertise in social media platforms, creative thinking, and data analysis skills will be the driving force behin our clients' social media success.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Social Media Marketing and Communication skills


• Experience in developing content strategies for social media


• Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills


• Excellent Writing skills


• Analytical skills and ability to monitor and analyze social media performance


• Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms and tools


• Experience in graphic design or video production is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field


• Foster a vibrant online community, actively engaging with our audience and monitoring discussions.


• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.


• Maintain a content calendar aligned with wedding industry trends and events.


• Analyze performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies.


• Collaborate with influencers and industry figures to enhance our online presence.


• Multi-Platform Content Posting: Post daily content on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter following approved calendars, actively engaging with followers for both Degefy and client accounts.


• Lead Generation: Conduct direct messaging campaigns on Instagram and Linkedin to generate valuable leads for clients.


• Follower Growth: Focus on increasing the number of followers for clients' social media accounts.


• Data-Driven Reporting: Create comprehensive reports on a weekly and monthly basis for internal review and submission to clients.


• ⁠Meeting Leadership: Lead and actively participate in daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings, ensuring alignment with our goals.


• Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to the processes established by Degefy throughout the team.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Client Communication: Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure timely submission of work to clients, maintaining efficient communication channels.


• Creative Ideation: Engage in regular brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas for client accounts on a monthly basis.


• Lead Engagement: Participate in lead calls to gather detailed briefs and requirements from potential clients.


• Team Culture: Contribute to brainstorming sessions focused on culture-building activities to enhance team dynamics and foster a positive work environment.


• Client Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling Degefy's services to clients, addressing their evolving needs, and offering additional value.


• On-Site Engagement: Visit client offices for review meetings, actively participating in discussions and, if needed.


• Photo-shoot and Video-shoot- Conducting on-site photoshoots using your phone camera and making videos and reels for Instagram and recording BTS for Degefy.

Qualifications


• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).


• Should have at least 3-7 years of successful track record in social media management for a digital agency/online media company
