Job Summary:

The required candidate will be responsible for designing and executing creative deliverables for various accounts, ensuring high-quality visuals across digital, print, and social media platforms. The role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt designs as per brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Execution:
    Develop engaging creatives for campaigns, social media, presentations, marketing collaterals, and branding initiatives.
  • Creativity & Innovation:
    Deliver fresh, innovative design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output across all visual assets.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the creative, content, and marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • Adaptability:
    Resize and repurpose creatives for different media platforms and formats.
  • Trend Awareness:
    Stay updated with latest design tools, techniques, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Education & Soft Skills:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Strong creative and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in advertising, media, or creative services industries.
  • Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution.
  • Experience in BFSI or Banking sector will be an added advantage.
