Arvin is the face - you are the execution engine.---ResponsibilitiesSelf-research Arvin’s listings + market trends + top realtor contentCreate viral, scroll-stopping reels (CapCut + AI avatar + AI voice + native subtitles)Localize reels into multiple languages: Filipino, Mandarin (Simplified Chinese), Moroccan Arabic (Darija), French, Punjabi, Gujrati, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Tamil + morePost listings across: FB, IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest Pins/Boards, YouTube, PinterestOptimize for watch time, saves, shares, and inbound leadsAdapt fast as Arvin expands into new business verticals---AI RequirementsBuild reels at scale using Arvin’s avatar/cloneUse AI for: voiceovers, subtitles, visuals, trend research, and localizationNo asking what to make - you bring creative ideas that go viral---What This Role Is NOTNo bland ideas, no waiting for instructions, no asking for creative direction.
