Instagram: @luckysilkstore.official Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Delhi, India. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, posting and analyzing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and posting content, monitoring audience interactions, Communication on comments, Dms and optimizing campaigns to meet marketing goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with broader marketing initiatives is a key part of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook Plan and coordinate fashion shoots, reels, and campaigns Write creative captions and track performance metrics Work closely with our founders and creative team to shape brand identity Love and experience in Fashion field a must Strong Communication and Writing skills Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy Analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns Familiarity with social media management tools and emerging trends Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across various departments Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Prior experience (3-4 years) in a similar role is an advantage
