We’re looking for an Account Manager – Social Media Marketing who doesn’t just understand content, but moves fast , thinks sharp, and is obsessed with growth.This role goes beyond managing timelines—you’ll lead content thinking, understand what’s viral, and make real-time decisions based on data and instinct . If you can take a trend, build a brand moment, and drive results while leading your team with ownership, this is for you.What You’ll Be Doing Drive platform-wise content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube & emerging formatsUnderstand viral-worthy content : What works, why it works, and how to build it in real timeApply performance marketing thinking to organic content - every post should push a metricUse analytics to measure, learn, and scale content - what grows, staysOwn client relationships and manage internal teams with clarity, direction, and enthusiasmWrite clear briefs, ensure on-time execution, and guide content creators and designersLead reporting, insights, and campaign performance with regular growth updatesBring energy and accountability to your accounts, you're not just managing, you're leadingWhat You Bring 3–5 years in social media strategy, content planning, or digital account managementStrong understanding of platform-specific nuances—especially reels, carousels, hooks, UGC, etc.Quick thinking and creative instincts when it comes to trends, formats, and storytellingGrowth-first mindset: you know how to use numbers to tell a story and shape strategyExperience working across multiple accounts and coordinating with design/copy teamsLeadership: you're proactive, organised, and bring people along with your clarity and passionA love for brands, culture, and creative problem-solvingBonus If You: Have worked in a performance-led agencyUnderstand creator economy/influencer-led campaignsHave built campaigns that went viral organicallyAre skilled in reporting dashboards, Google Analytics, Meta SuiteWhat You’ll Get Work with high-growth Indian and international brandsOpportunity to co-own creative output - not just coordinateStrong systems to support you, but the freedom to shape the workA fast-growing, transparent and collaborative cultureA playground, not an agency - where experimentation is encouragedExcited?
