KRA – Inside Sales Associate (Tutopia)
Lead Engagement & Outreach
- Connect with prospective students/parents via outbound & inbound calls.
- Counsel learners on Tutopia's offerings for West Bengal Board & other target segments.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on assigned leads from marketing and referrals.
Sales Conversion & Target Achievement
- Drive admissions/enrollments by pitching Tutopia's learning app effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (calls, demos, conversions).
- Maximize revenue per lead through upselling/cross-selling.
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Build trust and rapport with parents and students.
- Resolve queries, handle objections, and provide accurate product knowledge.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Tutopia's features, pricing, and benefits.
- Keep track of competitor offerings and share insights with the team.
Reporting & Documentation
- Update CRM/lead management systems with accurate call logs and status.
- Share daily sales reports and performance updates with managers.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
Compliance & Process Adherence
- Follow Tutopia's sales processes, scripts, and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain discipline in call quality, attendance, and workplace conduct.
