**Inside Sales Associate - EdTech**
**Location**:KOLKATA**| **Full-Time**
**Role Overview**:
We are looking for dynamic and persuasive individuals to join our inside sales team. You’ll be responsible for connecting with leads, counseling students and parents, and driving course enrollments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Call and counsel prospective learners on our products
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable offerings
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets
**Requirements**:
- 6 months - 2 years of inside sales/tele-sales experience (EdTech preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in [Languages, e.g., English, Bengali]
