Job Summary:
Develop and implement the B2C sales for meeting revenue and GP targets.
Build and lead a high-performing B2C sales team, including strengthening our enquiry desk and digital support.
Drive timely conversion of enquiries. Monitor lead response times and improve conversion efficiency
Oversee lead qualification and collaborate with marketing on sales conversion funnels.
Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with the emotional and logistical complexity of relocation.
Own the use and daily operations of S force for all B2C lead and sales activity.
