Role:
City Head – Healthcare/Fintech Business
Experience:
5–8 years in B2C sales within healthcare or fintech; minimum 5 years in team management
Location

Reporting To:
CSO / VP – Sales
Salary:
20-25L Fixed
Joining:
Immediate to 30 days preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand
strategic hospital and doctor partnerships
to drive patient referrals, crowdfunding, and EMI-based financing. - Lead and mentor city-level sales teams; manage
P&L, revenue targets, and pipeline growth
. - Partner with
NBFCs, fintech lenders, and hospital management
to accelerate our client's product Money adoption. - Oversee
city operations, relationship management,
and ensure sustainable sales growth. - Represent our client in the healthcare ecosystem—engaging CEOs, trustees, and senior hospital stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance, smooth team functioning, and effective issue escalation handling.
Requirements / Must-Haves
- 5–8 years' experience in
healthcare or fintech B2C sales
, with
5–7 years managing teams - Proven success in
hospital partnership building
and field sales management - Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting and cost optimization.
- Exposure to
NBFCs, insurance, or health-tech
ecosystems. - Ability to handle ground operations, drive performance, and deliver results under pressure
