Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented
Sales Executive (B2B/B2C)

to join our Delhi team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and technology, strong sales acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will play a key role in driving revenue through strategic partnerships, direct consumer engagement, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field visits, online research, and networking.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to schools, educational institutions (B2B), and parents (B2C).
  • Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activity using CRM tools.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team on customer insights and market trends.
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, and road shows to promote OMOTEC programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    B2B/B2C sales

, business development, or similar roles.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge or keen interest in
STEAM education and technology

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Prior experience in the
education, edtech, or tech industry
