Job Title: Business Development Manager – B2B Sales

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in B2B Sales / Client Acquisition
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Age Criteria: Only candidates under 35 years will be considered. Freshers are not eligible.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, pitching services/products, and managing the client onboarding process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Acquire new clients, build long-term business relationships, and manage end-to-end onboarding.
- Understand client requirements, pitch suitable products/services, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Strong expertise in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, and Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and meet targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
- Immediate joining is highly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹550, ₹750,000.00 per year
