Role Overview

As a
Senior SDR
, will be responsible for driving qualified leads and setting high-quality meetings for the sales team across
Database and Data Engineering services
. You will own outbound prospecting, craft multi-channel outreach strategies, and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to build a predictable and qualified sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting using email, LinkedIn, and calling to generate qualified meetings.
  • Work closely with the Sales Head to define target industries, ICPs, and buyer personas.
  • Execute campaigns using
    HubSpot CRM
    and automation tools.
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and ensure smooth handover to the Sales team.
  • Track and report on daily and weekly outreach metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging with campaigns and events.
  • Continuously research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach.
  • Share insights and feedback from prospects to refine targeting and messaging.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    B2B Inside Sales / SDR
    .
  • Proven experience in lead generation and outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with
    HubSpot
    ,
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    , and email automation tools.
  • Exposure to IT services, Cloud, or SaaS sales preferred.
  • Goal-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Background

  • Experience generating leads for Data / Cloud / IT service companies.
  • Understanding of database or cloud technology will be an advantage.
  • Consistent record of achieving or exceeding lead and meeting targets.
